Both the 24K Gold and Platinum Collections are designed for the face and include serums and cremes for day and/or night. The difference between the two collections is the skin concern they’re designed to address. The 24K Gold collection targets fine lines and wrinkles and gives your skin a gorgeous, luminous glow. The Platinum Collection is designed to firm and lift the skin, and is particularly beneficial for post menopausal and more mature skin. Some customers prefer to stay within one collection while others like to mix and match so they can enjoy the benefits of what both have to offer.
It sounds like you might be using too much product. We recommend you start out with just a pea-sized amount and apply to clean skin using upward strokes. This way the product will absorb into the skin and not just set on the top. But please let us know if you are still having trouble.
Our serums are in an air-less pump so they do not have a tube. There is a disk at the bottom that pushes product to the top every time you pump it. If you think the disk could be stuck OR you could have an air pocket we recommend you tap the bottle a few times (in case the disk is stuck) and then pump, pump, pump to release the air. Once the air is pumped out the product should pump perfect.
The skin on the neck is more delicate than your face and more prone to dryness, thinning and sagging. It also contains less sebaceous glands, has smaller pores and almost no muscle holding it in place which is why we created a special creme just for the neck area. We recommend the Ageless Throat & Decolletage Creme for the chest and neck area and then a moisturiser from our 24K Gold, Platinum or MenoGlow collections for your face.
