It sounds like you might be using too much product. We recommend you start out with just a pea-sized amount and apply to clean skin using upward strokes. This way the product will absorb into the skin and not just set on the top. But please let us know if you are still having trouble.

Our serums are in an air-less pump so they do not have a tube. There is a disk at the bottom that pushes product to the top every time you pump it. If you think the disk could be stuck OR you could have an air pocket we recommend you tap the bottle a few times (in case the disk is stuck) and then pump, pump, pump to release the air. Once the air is pumped out the product should pump perfect.

The skin on the neck is more delicate than your face and more prone to dryness, thinning and sagging. It also contains less sebaceous glands, has smaller pores and almost no muscle holding it in place which is why we created a special creme just for the neck area. We recommend the Ageless Throat & Decolletage Creme for the chest and neck area and then a moisturiser from our 24K Gold, Platinum or MenoGlow collections for your face.

Both the 24K Gold and Platinum Collections are designed for the face and include serums and cremes for day and/or night. The difference between the two collections is the skin concern they’re designed to address. The 24K Gold collection targets fine lines and wrinkles and gives your skin a gorgeous, luminous glow. The Platinum Collection is designed to firm and lift the skin, and is particularly beneficial for post menopausal and more mature skin. Some customers prefer to stay within one collection while others like to mix and match so they can enjoy the benefits of what both have to offer.

Returns & Refunds

You can return any unopened products purchased on praibeauty.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order.
Please send your return to the address listed on your order form that came within the package with your order.
Returning shipping costs are not covered by PRAI. Please contact customercare@praibeauty.com if you have any questions.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on open products. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact customer care on the email address above and they will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.
*Please Note: We do not accept returns for purchases made through TV shopping networks or retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate your return. However, we would appreciate hearing why you were not satisfied with your purchase.
PRAI Beauty Rewards & Referral Programme

You can earn points within the ways to earn section of your loyalty panel. The following us on social media and birthday reviews earning actions need to be taken by clicking directly on the panel.
Points for creating an account (sign up) and placing an order will be immediately credited to your account provided that you are logged in and using the same email address as your store's account.

When you redeem a reward, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward. But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your panel under Your rewards.
To use a previously redeemed reward, login to your account. Then click Your rewards and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout, or click the Apply code button to apply it to the cart immediately.

You will need to log into the your account to enter your birthday date in the loyalty panel under the ways to earn section. This cannot be added by customer support. Once that's entered, you will be rewarded with points on your next birthday.
Note: In case, you enter the wrong birthday date, you can click 'Edit date' again in the panel to enter the correct one. You won't be rewarded on your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. You will be rewarded the following year on that date.

You can spend points under the 'ways to redeem' section of your loyalty panel. Here you will find the amount of points that are required to claim/get a reward/discount. Please make sure that you are signed into your account before redeeming your points.
Once you have enough available points, you can simply select 'Redeem' - again within the panel; click 'Apply code' for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout. Once you redeem a reward, it will appear under 'Your Rewards'.
Only one reward is allowed per order.
A maximum of 1,000 points (£10) can be redeemed per order.

Currently you can only use one coupon at checkout. Using multiple coupons is not permitted. But, you can use a coupon with a gift card at checkout.Using rewards with discounted products:

When you redeem a reward, you are exchanging your points for the reward.
You may have accidentally redeemed a reward, or you may want to save your points for a larger discount. In this case, you need to email our customer care team at customercare@praibeauty.com to see if we can refund the points for you.

Through the loyalty panel, you can share your referral link via Facebook, Twitter and/or email directly a friend. You can also share it by copying and pasting the referral link in other social media platforms, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to PRAI Beauty; where they'll have to enter their email address in a prompt to get their reward/discount code via e-mail. Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at checkout.
When your friend makes a purchase with the reward/discount code; that's when the referral is considered completed. Only then you will receive an email notifying you that your friend has made a purchase with your reward/discount code, which you can find by logging into PRAI Beauty, clicking on the panel > Your rewards.
