Taking the pause out of Menopause

We could not find a skincare range that took a targeted approach to perimenopausal and menopausal skin, so we created one. Together with our community of customers and M&S, we created a range of highly-effective skincare to make women feel confident as their skin changes and to embrace a new life stage full of promise, possibilities and freedom.

Real Women, Real Results

Advanced Clinically Proven Formulas

Our unique ‘M Complex’ formula is proven to help fight the damaging effects of falling oestrogen and bring out the best in a woman’s skin as it changes. A potent blend of Tripeptide SYN®-COLL, Cloudberry Seed Oil and Centella Asiatica, 'M Complex' helps defend against collagen loss, dehydration and hot flushes.

How does your skin change during perimenopause and menopause?

Typical Age: Mid-to Late 40s

Oestrogen rises and falls unevenly during perimenopause. You may also experience menopause-like symptoms, such as hot flushes, sleep problems and skin dryness.

Apply a moisturiser containing hyaluronic acid, humectants (e.g. glycerin) like our MenoGlow Cremegel and Sleep Creme generously on face and body whenever you feel dry (at least twice a day).

Typical Age: Late 40s / Early 50s

Menopause is a natural part of ageing and is defined as 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period. Changing levels of oestrogen and progesterone lead to a variety of symptoms such as hot flashes, dryness, redness, sensitivity and breakouts.

Along with hydrating serums and moisturisers, you may also need gentle daily exfoliation like our MenoGlow Tonic to provide better skin hydration and to encourage cell renewal while unclogging pores.

Typical Age: 50+

Postmenopause begins one year after your final period. Once this happens, you're in postmenopause for the rest of your life. Thankfully, for most women, menopausal symptoms gradually ease up.

You may start to notice an increase in skin sagging. Use peptide rich serums and moisturisers such as our Platinum range.
