Jade Gua Sha
Apply a fine layer of creme, serum or oil to the area that will be worked on. Very gently glide the tool across your skin. Start from the decolletage and work up towards the chin and jawline in small sections. As a rule, all movements should be upward and follow lymphatic flow. Repeat each movement three to five times before moving onto the next area of your skin. The heart shaped end can be used to define the jawline.
